Injection-moulded CPVC construction matched to the Supreme Lifeline pipe range; Manufactured to SDR13.5/SDR11/SCH-40/SCH80 standards; Solvent-weld joints fuse with the pipe for a single, monolithic fitting-to-pipe bond; Resists corrosion, scaling and most plumbing-grade chemicals over long service life.
The Elbow 45° is a 45-degree elbow fitting used for gentler directional changes in a pipe run from the Supreme Lifeline C-PVC Hot & Cold Water System, moulded in high-grade CPVC to precisely match Supreme Lifeline pipes. It is manufactured to SDR13.5/SDR11/SCH-40/SCH80 standards and joins to pipe using CPVC solvent cement, forming a permanent, leak-proof connection that will not corrode, rust or scale over the life of the plumbing system.
• Q: How is the Elbow 45° fitted to the pipe?
A: It is joined using CPVC solvent cement: the pipe and fitting surfaces are cleaned, primed if required, coated with cement, and pushed together to form a permanent, leak-proof bond as the cement cures.
• Q: Is this fitting suitable for hot water lines?
A: Yes, it shares the same CPVC compound as Supreme Lifeline pipes and is rated for continuous hot water service up to 82°C, in addition to cold water lines.
• Q: What sizes is it available in?
A: It is available across the standard nominal pipe sizes used in the Supreme Lifeline range; check with your Supreme Pipe dealer or the product size chart for the exact size required for your project.
