Integrated Slow-Motion Damper: Built-in hydraulic dampener catches the door softly, pulling it shut silently and eliminating cabinet slamming.
'S' Click-On Tool-Free Assembly: Snap-on design enables easy mounting and detachment of the shutter from the baseplate without unfastening screws.
Standard 35 mm Cup Diameter: Fits universal 35 mm pre-drilled hinge pockets with a standard 12 mm cup depth.
3 Crank Styles Available: Full Overlay (0 Crank), Half Overlay (8 Crank), and Inset (16 Crank) options suit various cabinet designs.
3-Way Door Alignment: Features 3D linear adjustment screws to fine-tune door gap, vertical position, and overlay coverage.
Nickel Plated (NP) Finish: High-grade steel construction coated in a corrosion-resistant nickel finish for durability in kitchens and wardrobes.
The Ebco Slow-Motion 'S' Click-On Hinge (HSMS Series) offers an upgraded solution for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and living room cabinetry. The 'S' Click-On plate mechanism allows workers or users to align the hinge arm over the baseplate and press down until it snaps securely into place. To remove the door, simply press the release lever at the rear of the hinge arm.
The integrated hydraulic dampener provides controlled, slow-motion closing that remains effective even on lightweight cabinet shutters. Built from cold-rolled steel with a multi-layer Nickel Plated (NP) coating, the hinge resists oxidation, humidity, and daily mechanical wear.
Warranty Coverage: Ebco offers a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects, structural failures, or defective ball-bearing mechanisms under normal usage.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, overloading beyond rated capacity, improper side clearance, physical alteration, exposure to corrosive chemical cleaners, or general wear and tear.
Return & Replacement Policy:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 1 days of delivery if delivered damaged, defective, or in an incorrect size (subject to distributor/retailer terms).
Items returned must be unused, uninstalled, and packed in their original packaging complete with all mounting screws and instruction leaflets.
1. How does the 'S' Click-On mechanism differ from a standard Slip-On hinge?
Slip-On hinges require sliding the hinge arm under a mounting screw and tightening it manually. The 'S' Click-On hinge snaps directly onto the mounting plate without tools, significantly speeding up installation and making future door removal effortless.
2. How many hinges are required per cabinet shutter?
Up to 900 mm height: 2 hinges
900 mm to 1600 mm height: 3 hinges
1600 mm to 2000 mm height: 4 hinges
Above 2000 mm height: 5 hinges
3. What is the difference between Full Overlay, Half Overlay, and Inset in this series?
Full Overlay (HSMS1A - 0 Crank): The shutter completely covers the cabinet side wall face.
Half Overlay (HSMS2A - 8 Crank): Two adjacent doors meet over a single 18 mm partition wall.
Inset (HSMS3A - 16 Crank): The shutter sits inside the cabinet box frame, flush with the front edges.
